The home
A hilltop farmhouse with no one else in sight.
Treetop Retreat sits on top of a foothill in Wildwood, with a sea of trees in every direction and Lookout Mountain across the valley. It’s the most secluded of our homes, and the only one that welcomes pets.
Upstairs is an open living room, kitchen and dining area in a light farmhouse style, plus a queen-and-twin bedroom and a full bath. Downstairs, the king suite has glass doors to the lower deck, a soaking tub, and a view of the mountain from bed. The game room has a pool table, foosball and a smart TV.
Outside there are two decks, a hot tub for sunset, a front porch with a table for six, a grill and a fire pit. There’s even a tiny office tucked into a closet for anyone who has to log on.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes. Pets are welcome for an added fee. Let Owen know you’re bringing one, and please crate them when they’re left alone if they get anxious.
What’s the drive up like?
The driveway is paved but steep, with room for three cars and space to turn around at the top. In rare snow or ice it may not be usable.
What are the house rules?
Up to five guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older. No smoking inside and no parties. There’s one camera, over the driveway only.
How far is everything?
Cloudland Canyon is about 13 minutes, Rock City about 12 miles, and downtown Chattanooga about 20 minutes.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check in from 4 PM. Check out by 10 AM.
