The home

Carved from stone, tucked into the hill.

The Bedrock was built by hand into a hillside at Hidden Falls, a private 12-acre estate in Wildwood. Inside, wood ceilings and a huge stone center wall meet big windows that frame Lookout Mountain.

There’s a full kitchen, a spa-style bathroom with a stone sink and a big tile shower, and a queen bedroom under a skylight. The living room sofa folds out into a second queen, so four can sleep here.

Outside, the hot tub is built into a rock outcrop, with a fire pit and seating nearby, and the roof doubles as a patio for stargazing. Hang gliders launch just up the road, and Cloudland Canyon is a short drive away.
