The home
A cave cottage with a loft full of windows.
The Cavern on the Green is the second of two hand-carved stone cottages at Hidden Falls, set into a hillside at the foot of Lookout Mountain. It’s striking from outside and even better once you’re in.
The main floor has a full kitchen with stone counters and a dining bar, a sitting area with comfy chairs, a queen bedroom, and a bathroom with an oversized tile shower. Stone steps lead up to a second bedroom in a loft with windows on the view.
The private porch has a large hot tub facing the mountain. Expect birdsong, hang gliders overhead, and more stars than you’re used to.

Who’s around?
Rick, the owner, lives elsewhere on the estate, and Rick’s sister Angela lives there too. They love to chat with guests who want to. Musicians: Rick plays guitar and mandolin, has loaners, and would love to jam.
Can we book both cottages?
Yes. The Bedrock Cave Cottage is next door and up the hill, so two groups can stay side by side.
Is it good for kids?
Yes. Children and infants are welcome. The loft is up stone steps, so keep an eye on little ones.
What are the house rules?
Up to four guests. No pets and no smoking.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check in from 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM.
