Hillside Retreat is a three-bedroom, two-bath house in Rossville, Georgia, about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It’s set up for families and friends who want to cook together, spread out, and still end up on the same porch.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a desk. The second has another king and a sitting chair, and the third has two twin beds. Every bedroom has a smart TV and bedside charging, and two fold-up beds make room for guests seven and eight.
Outside, the big front porch has egg chairs and a sofa. The hot tub stays warm, the fire pit sits under string lights, and a gas grill is ready by the door.

Is it good for kids?
Yes. There’s a kids’ room with two twin beds and its own TV. An adult should be with kids in or near the hot tub.
What are the house rules?
Up to eight guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older. No pets (the owners have severe allergies), no smoking inside and no parties. One camera watches the driveway and front door.
How far is Chattanooga?
About 10 minutes to downtown, and about 20 to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City.
