The home
Three floors in the Southside, close to everything.
Southside Station is a newly built townhouse in Chattanooga’s Southside District, where many of the city’s best restaurants, galleries, parks and music venues are. The decor is colorful and eclectic.
It spans three floors, so there’s room to gather and room to step away. The main floor has the living room, dining area and a modern kitchen. Each of the two bedrooms, on the second and third floors, has a sitting area, a walk-in closet, an en suite bath and its own balcony.
The living room sofa pulls out into a queen for a fifth and sixth guest. A bike rental station is half a mile away, and a free electric shuttle stops by the Choo Choo.

Where do we park?
There’s usually room to parallel park out front, though it isn’t guaranteed. More parking is on Fagan Street.
Is it good for kids?
No. Southside Station isn’t suitable for children or infants.
What are the house rules?
Up to six guests. No pets, no smoking and no parties.
What’s nearby?
The Sculpture Fields are two blocks away, the Zoo 1.6 miles, the Aquarium 2.8 and Ruby Falls 4.8.
