The Chatta Charmer is a 1930s bungalow on a quiet street in North Chattanooga, fully renovated in 2020. Coolidge Park, the Walnut Street Bridge and the Aquarium are all about two miles away.
The open floor plan has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, a desk for working, and a living room with a smart TV and a Nintendo Switch dock for movie night. Both bedrooms have 680-thread-count cotton sheets, and each has its own bath.
Out back, the fenced yard has a hot tub, a gas grill and a fire pit (bring your own firewood). Restaurants and shops at Barton Ave and Tremont St are a six-minute walk.

Where do we park?
Street parking only. The street is on a hill, so set the parking brake and turn your wheels to the curb. Please don’t park in front of the neighbor’s mailbox or block trash cans.
Is it good for kids?
Yes. Children and infants are welcome, and the Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum are close by.
What are the house rules?
Up to four guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older. No pets, no parties and no smoking inside. There’s a Ring doorbell camera on the front porch.

Coolidge Park is 1.4 miles, the Walnut Street Bridge 1.7, the Aquarium 2 and the Zoo 3.2.
