The home
On the edge of the mountain, facing west.
The Sunset House sits right on the edge of Lookout Mountain, with open views over Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Sunsets are the main event.
The main floor has a king suite with a private bath and French doors to the deck, an open living and dining room, a full kitchen, a second full bath and laundry. Glass doors lead to a screened porch with seating, a dining table and the view.
Downstairs, a second suite opens onto the grassy bluff, with a queen bed, a half bath and a sitting area with a TV and a queen sofa bed. The hot tub is on the covered deck.

Mountain biking, climbing, caving, hang gliding and Cloudland Canyon are all close. Downtown Chattanooga is about 20 minutes, and Ocoee River rafting about an hour.

Rick, the owner, can meet you and show you around, or send a door code so you can let yourselves in.
