The home
Perched above the barn on an organic farm.
The drive in winds through farmland with wide fields and big views of Lookout Mountain. On the property you pass a lake and horses grazing, and at the top you find the Perch, looking out over the farm.
Mornings, watch the sun rise over the mountain. Evenings, watch the moon come up from the big living room windows. Inside there’s a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV with Roku, and 680-thread-count sheets on the bed.
Downstairs, there’s an outdoor sitting area with a grill and a porch swing. Chattanooga is minutes away, but it feels much farther.

Is there a hot tub?
No. For a hot tub on a farm, try Magnolia or Redbud nearby.
Is it good for kids?
No. The Perch isn’t suitable for children or infants.
What are the house rules?
Up to two guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older. No pets (it’s a working farm), no smoking and no parties.
How far is Chattanooga?
Just minutes outside the city, in one of the prettiest corners of Wildwood.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check in from 4 PM. Check out by 10 AM.
